Steerable horizontal drilling technology is used where structures, buildings, bodies of water or special terrain surfaces (e.g. nature conservation areas, airport runways, railway tracks, etc.) are to be undercut and earthworks must therefore be kept to an absolute minimum.
The principle of controllable horizontal drilling
1st pilot hole with the drill pipe to the opposite side.
2 The pilot drill pipe is pulled out to achieve an expansion of the drill cross-section.
3 After the final expansion process, the pipe is secured and guided into the drill channel by pulling back the rods.
4. creation of site and profile plans using measured height logs.
