On September 1, 1952, the electrical installation company Clemens Osterhus was founded in Molbergen. After the new office building was constructed in 1956, the range of services was expanded to include electrical, radio and television technology, gas and water installations and overhead line construction. The line operation was started in 1962 and the drawing office began its work in 1987.

The main task of pipeline operations is the laying and maintenance of pipe networks on behalf of various customers (e.g. energy suppliers). The relevant applicable regulations, e.g. DVGW, are fundamental to this work.
