Terms of sale and payment.

Terms of payment

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, payment of our invoices is due within 4 weeks of the invoice date without deduction. If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to charge interest on arrears at the respective national central bank discount rate. If partial payments are agreed, the installments must be paid on time. If the buyer defaults on an installment, the entire remaining purchase price shall be due for payment immediately. In the case of bill of exchange financing, the bill of exchange costs shall be borne by the buyer.

Retention of title

All objects of purchase shall remain the property of the seller until all liabilities of the buyer arising from the purchase contract have been met in full.

Place of fulfillment

The place of performance for both parties and the place of jurisdiction for both parties shall be Cloppenburg in all cases, irrespective of the place of payment.
